School Clubs

At St Anne’s we offer a selection of enrichment clubs for KS1 and KS2 Children. These happen after the school day and are not part of the wraparound St Anne’s Community Centre Childcare service.

Most are run by staff and teachers and are held daily from 3:30pm-4:45pm Monday to Friday. These clubs are very popular so please select your child’s choice early so that they are not disappointed.

There is a mixture of clubs on offer each term including:

• PE
• Multisport
• Football
• Music
• Science
• Gardening
• Rosary

The clubs have limited spaces available and in the event of more children applying for a club than there are spaces, places will be offered on a first come first served basis.

When and if your child is successfully in gaining a place on the chosen club you will receive a letter with dates and a reply slip requesting online payment to secure the place.

There is no refund if your child does not attend for whatever reason. Clubs run for 10-week blocks and letters and messages are sent by Dojos and via email please look out for these.

Wraparound Care

St. Anne’s Community Centre Childcare Ltd provides a breakfast and after school club at St. Anne’s Primary School.

We open our breakfast club at 7.15am and provide the children with a healthy breakfast. Children have a choice of cereal, toast, brioche, fruit, water and milk. When children have eaten their breakfast, they have the choice to either finish homework, read or free play.

We collect the children at 3.30 for the after school activities and we offer daily fresh sandwiches, fruit and water.  Children are encouraged to complete any homework with help from staff. 

We offer arts and crafts, board games and indoor and outdoor play (depending on weather) 

We provide a caring and safe environment for all the children in our care and have a good partnership with the school and all the parents/carers so that we can provide a high-quality service.

We monitor and evaluate our club regularly to evaluate our service to ensure we meet the needs of our children and parents.

We promote independence, by encouraging children to wash their hands before eating, encouraging the children to prepare their own snack choice and filling their own cup with water in a calm and friendly environment.

If for any reason we are unable to offer your child a place with us we will place them on our waiting list and will let you know when we have available space. Our Wraparound service is Ofsted registered. 

Please note If your child is on our register for a specific day and they do not attend for any reason you will still be charged.

When collecting your child or children daily from wraparound care please call 07912505399 or 07710892010 from the gate and our staff come to collect you.

All allergy and dietary requirements for all children are considered when food is being supplied and prepared.
